PRICES AND RESERVATIONS
What is included in the price?
• On arrival we will make sure that you receive a Welcome Pack containing essentials such as milk, butter, coffee and tea.
• All electricity, air conditioning and heating. (There is air conditioning on the top floor living room of the 3 bedroom house. The other rooms remain very cool in the summer)
• A cleaner will come once during the week and once at the weekend.
• We ask that you leave the house in decent condition - but the cleaner will thoroughly clean up at the end of your stay. If you wish the cleaner to come more often this can be organised at an extra charge.
• All sheets and towels are provided including pool towels.
• Full access to use of Tennis Court, Swimming Pool and Table Tennis. Please note that the Tennis court is not in ‘pristine’ condition.
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob and oven and fridge with small freezer in the 3 bedroom house. • Kitchenette with small hob, microwave and fridge in the ‘cottage’.
• Iron & ironing board in both houses. Hairdryers are provided in the bedrooms. Cots on request.
• No smoking is allowed inside the houses. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept pets.
What is not included but can be arranged at an extra cost
We can organise a local cook to prepare a meal of Provençal cuisine in your home for you on request at an additional cost. Other services can also be booked on request. (Beauty Treatments for example) There are a number of ‘Table d’hôtes’ within walking distance.

On reserving a property, you will be asked for a non-refundable 30% deposit, with the balance due on arrival, together with a security deposit - this will be returned when you leave, minus any costs incurred for broken items etc. Bookings are confirmed by e-mail and will only be taken as firm once the deposit and a counter- signed contract has been returned by post.
